Tony
sat in his favourite chair by the window, waiting
for Gordon to come in for his regular 10 o'clock
shout and scream.
Today
Tony was more prepared than ever. His aides
had prepared a whole diatribe of invective for
him to use which included quotes from The Butler
Report, The Sun and, if that failed, Sunday's
edition of Emmerdale. It felt good to be the
Prime Minister and he wasn't going to let his
good mood be dampened in any way. If nothing
else, it was a chance to smash the Butler Report
into Brown's face good and proper, and then
go for a choke hold or maybe a knee to the groin.
The
door swung open and Tony looked up to see Gordon's
face was redder than ever before...(To be continued)
