David Blunkett, the Home Secretary, 150lbs, had to be restrained last night after being told that he was standing next to a hooligan. The hooligan, 240lbs, who had been given a two year prison sentence by a Portuguese court and sent home on the understanding that he would serve his sentence in the UK, was still free to enjoy a streetfight party put on by other hooligans last night. The party included bunting and knuckle sandwiches.
