Office To Launch 0800 Burglar 'Duff Up' line

| The
Home Office is to set up a help line to assist householders
who have trouble working out what is reasonable when under
stress. Householders, under attack from burglars and double
glazing salesmen, will be able to call the help desk and
receive advice on how to duff up an intruder in real time.
The help desk, which will be staffed with reasonable gentlemen,
is set to start operation in April, a full month before
an expected General Election. |
