Tony Blair, while a student at University, was given the 'equivalent of an ASBO' because he insisted on playing his guitar at night, documents released under the 30 year rule have revealed. The 'ASBO equivalent' was handed down by University authorities after repeated warnings, the documents reveal. In an attempt to get through to student-Blair, University authorities suggested on no more than 87 occasions that his hearing could be improved with a haircut.
