Tony Blair and Gordon Brown took to the stage this morning to announce a radical new plan to ban Carbon Dioxide completely in the UK by 2050.

After 2050 it will be illegal to breathe out.

"This is a bold new programme being introduced in the UK today and we are now a world leader in banning this evil gas. Nobody else in the world has promised to completely ban Carbon Dioxide ever before."
