The
Compettion Commission has
ruled that BAA, which we estimate
to still have £3bn worth
of 'lost' luggage in its warehouses,
must sell this on to other
companies.
"We
want to make the lost luggage
industry much fairer and having
BAA the only operator who
can get away with it is bad
for competition," said
a spokesman.
"Other
companies should be allowed
to be rude to passengers and
lose their luggage too, it
is not just the preserve of
BAA," he continued.
