As if household bills weren't going up through the falling price of roofs enough, now the blasted water companies are trying to get in on it.

As we understand it, the greedy water companies have asked OFWAT to link the price of tap water to the price of water in bottles!!!

This follows a recent investigation by this bankrupt government which concluded that water from the tap tasted just as good as bottled water and was more environmentally friendly. Hmmm.

Water in bottles, H2O, went up by up to 35% in some supermarkets over the last year, a disgrace. But water in taps only went up 4%, a bargain, say the water companies.

"If the water companies want to link the price of water to that of bottled water, then I want sparkling spring water coming out of my taps for the same price", said a grumpy old bum who works in the office.
