Secretary, Tessa Jowell, laid the first brick in the Diana Memorial Puddle, earlier
today. The puddle
has been hailed by Diana supporters as being unpredictable, not grandiose, and
ever-so-slightly pointless, but in a nice Sloaney way. The
People's Princess Paddle 'n' Picnic Puddle opens in July 2004. |
