Is the term 'Spanish practices' racist? (as used by the BBC)

'Spanish practices' means 'unauthorized working practices' (like sneaking off home early without your manager noticing), a practice the new electronic logging-in system at British Airways is designed to stop. It is this which was the spark which caused the wildcat strike last week at Heathrow. Have your say on tonight's programme...

Our other favourite racist employment terms:
Israeli practices: Employees build ruddy great fences round their desks so people they don't like can't get to talk to them
French practices: Employees drink too much wine at lunch time leaving them asleep on their desks by 2.30
Portuguese wine bottle practices: Employees are very fat in the middle and very thin at top
Liberian practices: employees don't turn up to work in the first place as they are too busy rioting in the streets
